NJN Training & Consulting provides consulting, training, government contracting strategy, certification application support, and AI implementation services. Specific engagement deliverables are documented in individual proposals or agreements.
Payments
Consultation packages and engagements are billed as agreed in writing. The $200 consultation package is non-refundable once the discovery session has been delivered.
Intellectual property
All website content and proprietary materials are owned by NJN. Materials delivered as part of an engagement are governed by your engagement agreement.
No warranty
Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Outcomes depend on factors including client execution. NJN makes no guarantee of specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
